Yes. Whenever possible, all livestock offered by NaturesZion is captive bred.

There may occasionally be wild caught offered, however this will only be small amounts that are surplus to breeding requirements and will not be offered again until i have captive bred Available. It will be stated in any case.

Yes. We aim to provide basic care guidance for all species sold. However, we always recommend researching species thoroughly before purchasing to ensure you can provide proper care.

Yes. We ship livestock using safe packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Heat packs and insulated boxes are used when required.

In the rare event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us within 2 hours after delivery, with clear photos of the unopened package and the livestock.

We will review the case and work towards a fair resolution, which may include replacement, refund or credit depending on circumstances.
